Scholarship Program (Tentative)

Benefits
    Php 15,000.00 per term (P30,000.00 per year) until the completion of the Academic Program.
    Scholarship begins at the 1st term of the 2nd Year of the Academic Program.

Qualifications
    Must be at least in the 1st year of the academic programs at the time of application.
    Must have a GWA of 2.50 or higher for the last term.

Requirements
    Completed Scholarship Application Form (download)
    2x2 ID picture
    Grade Certification from Administration Dept. of School
    Photocopy of Latest Income Tax Return of Both Parents or Affidavit of Not Filing Income Tax Return.
If parent is an OFW, provide copy of contract with salary indicated.
    Certificate of Good Moral Character from Office of the Prefect of Discipline
    Certificate of Good Health
    A brief essay stating the reasons why the applicant is deserving of the scholarship
    2 recommendation letters from department heads or professors

Responsibilities of Scholars
    The scholar must have a GWA of 2.75 or higher
    The scholar must not have a grade lower than 3.0 in any course/subject
    The scholar must carry a regular load prescribed by the academic program
    The scholar must take only the courses required by the academic program every term.
    The scholar must not have any dropped/failed courses including NSTP (National Service Training Program) and P.E. (Physical Education).
    The scholar must not be subjected to any disciplinary sanction by the school or convicted with the commission of an offense punishable by law.
    The scholar must provide and update his/her personal contact information
    Must visit the School Administration office before enrollment for validation
